This development by Cooper Cromar comprises: Office, Residential, Retail, Restaurant/Cafe and Hotel uses. The application can be viewed on Dundee City Council’s planning portal using reference 17/00113/FULM. An additional planning application has been approved for modifications to the original design which increased the total number of residences within the development by 11 flats - the reference for this additional planning application was 18/00400/FULL.

The first phase to be constructed is the Earl Grey Building which includes two ground floor spaces with offices above. This faces south-west towards the new Railway Station. Further phases will deliver more ground floor commercial units, residential flats and a hotel.

Site 6 is located to the south west of Slessor Gardens and immediately north of the new V&A Dundee, Measuring 5,940 square metres (63,937 sq.ft.), Planning Permission has been granted for a mixed use development comprising a hotel, office space, residential and ground floor spaces which will be suitable for leisure, food & drink and retail uses.
The 150 bed Hotel will face the V&A Dundee. The ground floor of the hotel is expected to include a restaurant and bar plus meeting/conference facilities and a gym.
