This development by Cooper Cromar comprises: Office, Residential, Retail, Restaurant/Cafe and Hotel uses. The application can be viewed on Dundee City Council’s planning portal using reference 17/00113/FULM. An additional planning application has been approved for modifications to the original design which increased the total number of residences within the development by 11 flats - the reference for this additional planning application was 18/00400/FULL.
The first phase to be constructed is the Earl Grey Building which will include two ground floor spaces with offices above. This faces south-west towards the new Railway Station. Works on this phase will take place throughout 2018 with an estimated completion in 2019. Further phases will deliver more ground floor commercial units, residential flats and a hotel.

Development Site Updates & Construction Images:
(April 2018) Assembly of the framework for the western buildings have commenced:
(February 2016) Construction of the roads surrounding the development site are completed.
(November 2015) Construction of Slessor Gardens approaches completion whilst the structure of the new V&A Museum Of Design takes shape at the water's edge. Site 6 is currently in temporary use as site offices and temporary materials storage.
(June 2015) the installation of the temporary hoardings has continued and is nearing completion. Construction of Earl Grey Place West continues with the installation of surface materials. Earl Grey Place will form the primary means of servicing site 6 developments in future.
