Transformation of Dundee’s Custom House

Development details for Custom House transformation, an A-listed Georgian mansion house (1840s structure) on Dock Street, were revealed in an article by Scottish Construction Now.

Alicydon Limited, the development firm who bought Custom House have planning permission to convert the main building into 20 flats and build a further 29 flats across two new-build structures.
