Inspiration for this garden came from the features of the natural world that surround us and inspire us. The multi-tonal pathway and alignment of the planting beds has been arranged to be reflective of geological strata.

A Zoology Museum exists within the University of Dundee campus: The Sir D'Arcy Thompson Zoology Museum houses many fascinating specimens from around the world. The Museum has restricted opening hours - please view their website for details

Dundee Science Centre offers a range of interactive science exhibits for all ages and is a short walk away at Greenmarket. Open daily (admission fee applies).

Discovery Point offers an insight into Polar exploration and a chance to explore the Antarctic research ship RRS Discovery (admission fee applies)

The Mcmanus Galleries is home to Dundee's Museum - with galleries dedicated to natural science and the development of Dundee (free admission)

The University of Dundee's Botanic Garden - offers a wide display of plants from throughout the world (admission fee applies)
