Contact will be made to follow up on enquiries or to communicate information about city/regional promotion. We will store your data for the duration of the enquiry and stored information will be cleansed on an annual basis.

Dundee Waterfront exists to provide information on business support, key sectors and commercial land and property option. Dundee Waterfront will only store data in order to enable us to respond effectively to your business enquiries, to provide information, support and signposting to other support agencies. The legal basis for collecting information is based on consent. Our contact form contains a privacy statement and disclaimer and three mandatory fields: company name, email and industry sector. The information that you provide will only be used for the purposes stated previously and by using this site you are giving us permission to retain/use your personal information as outlined. You have our assurance that we will not use the information you provide for any other reason unless required by law. Information will be stored in a password protected database and reviewed on an annual basis.
Correction of information/unsubscribe
