UNIQUE CONSTRUCTION DEVELOPMENTS

The £1.6 BILLION WATERFRONT TRANSFORMATION of Dundee’s Waterfront encompasses 240 hectares of land stretching 8km alongside the River Tay.

This strategic, focussed and forward looking project (2001 – 2031) is propelling the city to international acclaim.

To date, nine sites completed, four projects on-site & a five further development plots available.

Site 2 Development Opportunity

Site 2 is located to the north-west of the Central Waterfront between Yeaman Shore and South Marketgait.

Vehicle access is available from Yeaman Shore, the site has been cleared and is currently in use as a temporary car park.
