UNIQUE CONSTRUCTION DEVELOPMENTS
The £1.6 BILLION WATERFRONT TRANSFORMATION of Dundee’s Waterfront encompasses 240 hectares of land stretching 8km alongside the River Tay.
This strategic, focussed and forward looking project (2001 – 2031) is propelling the city to international acclaim.
To date, nine sites completed, four projects on-site & a five further development plots available.

Central Waterfront
Site 2 Development Opportunity
Site 2 is located to the north-west of the Central Waterfront between Yeaman Shore and South Marketgait.
Vehicle access is available from Yeaman Shore, the site has been cleared and is currently in use as a temporary car park.
Site 5 Development Opportunity
Site 5 is located to the west of the Slessor Gardens central open space and north of the new Railway Station.
Site 6 Development Opportunity
The first phase constructed was the Agnes Husband House office space – Head Quarters for the Scottish Social Security Agency. There are proposals for a second phase, circa 50,000 sq ft of grade A office opposite the V&A Dundee, with residential and commercial space proposed for a further phase overlooking Slessor Gardens.

Site 10 & 11 Under Offer
Site 10 is located in the north eastern area of the Central Waterfront. It benefits from a location overlooking Slessor Gardens, Tay Road Bridge access, Thomson Avenue and Dock Street.
Site 11 is located in the eastern area of the Central Waterfront. It benefits from a location overlooking Slessor Gardens, Tay Road Bridge access and Riverside Esplanade.

Site 12 is located on the shoreline in the eastern area of the Central Waterfront.
Site 17 Development Opportunity
Site 17 is situated between South Commercial Street and the Apex City Quay Hotel & Spa. To the north is Dundee Port, Customs House and Holiday Inn Express Dundee.

Site 1 is located to the north-west of the Central Waterfront on West Marketgait.
Vehicle access is available from West Marketgait onto Greenmarket, the site is currently Under Construction.
