Central Waterfront
Transforming the City of Dundee into a world leading waterfront destination for visitors and businesses through the enhancement of its physical, economic and cultural assets.
Riverside
The Riverside zone provides the main road and rail gateway from the South and is home to Dundee Airport.
Seabraes
Seabraes, a former railway goods yard provides a dedicated space to build on these successes by becoming a hub for the digital media and cultural industries, incorporating both commercial and residential space.
City quay
City Quay lies to the immediate north-east of the Central Waterfront, occupying 10.5 hectares. 750 new homes and apartments and more than 20,000 square metres of commercial space, including almost 10,000 square metres of modern office space divided into two recently constructed waterfront buildings – River Court and City Court at Dundee One. With further space at Shed 25 completed in 2019.
Port of Dundee
The Port of Dundee is the most northerly port owned by Forth Ports and is one of the largest economic generators in the City of Dundee. The port is strategically located on the east coast of Scotland, midway between Aberdeen and the central belt, and lies on the north side of the sheltered Firth of Tay.
