Stannergate Bridge

The replacement of the bridge is part of the wider aim to improve access to Dundee Port primarily for HGV traffic. Stannergate Bridge's capacity was restricted to 33T. This restriction will be removed when the bridge is complete and this along with the proposed junction improvements at the Greendykes Road/Broughty Ferry Road junction allows for easier access to the trunk road network. This project is being funded by TACTRAN.

The contractor is Carillion and the Project Management is by Mace Group.
