ANOTHER significant step in the transformation of Dundee Waterfront is due to take place next week as a section of the old Tay Road Bridge on/off ramp is demolished.

 Drivers are being warned that a short eastbound stretch of South Marketgait from City Quay roundabout to Commercial Street will be closed on Monday (June 4) for two days.

 During the closure, which starts at 7am on Monday and ends at 7am on Wednesday (June 6) traffic using Riverside Drive heading east, or onto the Tay Road Bridge will be diverted via the inner ring road.
