Dundee Waterfront will build upon the unique setting of the city by providing a high quality environment - both in terms of buildings but also landscaping and public space provision.

The commitment to high quality development is exemplified by the V&A@Dundee - an iconic building which is not only attractive but also sustainable. A Landscape Masterplan has been produced which will set the context for future development.

Dundee Waterfront will also be an exemplar for sustainable economic development. Our intention is to be the first BREEAM (Building Research Established Environmental Assessment Methond) Sustainable Community in Scotland and to focus on whole-life development costs that will be attractive to developers and end users.
